We offer items that fall into one of the following categories – New, New other, Serviced, Used and For parts or not working.

 

Warranty length of each condition

 

New – 12 months

New other – 6 months

Serviced – 3 months

Used – 30 days

What is covered by the warranty

 

This covers any defects in an item. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

 

 

What is not covered

 

This warranty does not cover parts that have been altered or modified, accidental damage or damage caused by weather and sunlight or products that have not been used for their specific intention.

 

 

Return options

 

In the unlikely event of operational failure in the product we shall need to evaluate the goods and shall offer one of the following – full refund, partial refund or a similar replacement product.

 

 

How to return your item

 

To return your item please contact us. We will then send you a return number and our return address. Items must be returned before any refund or replacement can be made.
